无限蹬蹬 为 macOS 14 Sonoma 及以上版本设计，同时支持 Apple 芯片和 Intel Mac。

TokenBell is designed for macOS 14 Sonoma or later and supports both Apple silicon and Intel Macs.

macOS 沙盒默认阻止应用读取其他文件。你通过系统选择器授权后，无限蹬蹬 才能以只读方式提取额度和 Token 统计。应用不会修改该文件夹。

The macOS sandbox blocks access to other files by default. Selecting the folder grants read-only access so TokenBell can extract quota and token statistics. The app does not modify the folder.

先在 Gemini CLI 设置中启用 OpenTelemetry，将目标设为本地文件、指定 outfile，并建议把 logPrompts 设为 false。运行一次 Gemini CLI 后，在 无限蹬蹬 的“连接 AI 工具”选择生成的 telemetry.log。无限蹬蹬 不会修改 Gemini CLI 配置。

Enable OpenTelemetry in Gemini CLI, target a local outfile, and set logPrompts to false. After one Gemini CLI run, choose the generated telemetry.log under TokenBell Connect AI Tools. TokenBell does not modify Gemini CLI settings.

OpenCode 请先通过官方 opencode export 导出（支持时使用 --sanitize），再选择导出的 JSON 文件或文件夹。Grok Build 请先运行任务，再授权.grok 目录，应用提取 updates.jsonl 的任务完成统计字段，并兼容 usage.json；不需要提供登录信息或会话正文。两种接入都只汇总时间、模型与 Token 字段。

For OpenCode, use the official opencode export command (with --sanitize where supported) and choose the exported JSON file or folder. For Grok Build, run a task and authorize your .grok folder. The app extracts completed-task metadata from updates.jsonl, with usage.json compatibility. No login details or conversation text are needed. Both integrations aggregate only timestamps, models, and token counters.

打开“设置 → 通用”，启用“登录 macOS 时自动启动”。如果系统要求批准，请前往“系统设置 → 通用 → 登录项与扩展”允许 无限蹬蹬。

Open Settings → General and enable launch at login. If macOS requests approval, allow TokenBell under System Settings → General → Login Items & Extensions.

1. 先在对应工具运行至少一次任务，让本地产生用量记录。
2. 打开菜单栏面板并点击刷新。
3. 前往“连接 AI 工具”，确认对应来源已授权。
4. 仍无数据时重新选择来源；Gemini CLI 需先开启本地遥测，OpenCode 需先导出，Grok Build 需至少完成一次任务并产生用量事件。

1. Run at least one task in the source tool so local usage records exist.
2. Open the menu bar panel and refresh.
3. Confirm the matching source is authorized under Connect AI Tools.
4. If needed, reselect it; Gemini CLI needs local telemetry, OpenCode needs an export, and Grok Build needs a completed task with recorded usage.

无限蹬蹬 只提取额度窗口、时间、Token 计数、模型名称与相关统计字段，不提取、展示、保存或上传六种已支持工具的对话正文、项目内容、账户令牌或密码。详情请阅读隐私政策。

TokenBell extracts only quota windows, timestamps, token counts, model names, and related statistical fields. It does not extract, display, save, or upload conversation text, project contents, account tokens, or passwords from the six supported tools. See the Privacy Policy.

前往“设置 → 数据”，展开数据维护选项。清除统计只删除 无限蹬蹬 生成的历史和周期基线；六种来源都可分别撤销。这些操作不会删除来源工具的会话、项目、导出或遥测文件。

Go to Settings → Data and expand data maintenance. Clearing statistics removes only history and cycle baselines created by TokenBell; each of the six sources can be revoked separately. These actions do not delete source sessions, projects, exports, or telemetry files.

Codex 与 Antigravity CLI 可展示来源实际返回的额度和重置时间；其他来源只展示可获得的用量字段。总 Token 为输入加输出，缓存属于输入，推理属于输出，不能再次相加。费用按公开模型费率估算，不是实际扣款；记录不完整或不足时可能显示部分统计或等待数据。

Codex and Antigravity CLI display source-reported quotas and reset times. Other sources show available usage fields. Total tokens are input plus output; cached tokens are part of input and reasoning tokens are part of output, not additional totals. Costs use public model rates, not actual charges. Incomplete or insufficient records may show partial statistics or a waiting state.

在 Mac 的“设置 → 数据”中使用 Pro 开启 iCloud 同步，并在其他设备上登录同一 Apple 账户。同步内容包括用量、模型和更新时间等摘要，不含源文件或凭证，完整范围见隐私政策。数据未更新时，检查网络和同步状态，再选择“立即同步”。断开只停止后续同步，本机统计与已有云端记录会保留。

With Pro, enable iCloud sync in Settings → Data on your Mac and sign in to the same Apple Account on your other devices. Sync includes usage, models, update times and other summary fields, not source files or credentials. See the privacy policy for the full scope. If data is out of date, check your network and sync status, then choose Sync Now. Disconnecting stops future sync and keeps local statistics and existing cloud records.

打开“设置 → 通用 → 语言”，选择跟随系统、简体中文、繁體中文、英语、日语或韩语，选择后立即生效。网站的语言按钮只切换网页语言，不会更改应用设置。

Open Settings → General → Language and choose System, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese or Korean. Changes apply immediately. The website’s language control does not change the app’s language.

Pro 用户可从数据相关页面选择 CSV 或 JSON 导出，并通过系统保存面板决定文件位置。导出在本机生成。

Pro users can export CSV or JSON and choose the destination through the system save panel. Exports are generated on-device.

在 macOS 桌面右键选择“编辑小组件”，搜索 无限蹬蹬。可选小、中、大尺寸；右键编辑单个小组件可选工具，默认工具在“设置 → 小组件”中指定。内容来自最近一次本机摘要，更新由 macOS 调度，不保证实时刷新。悬浮窗在“设置 → 显示”中选择关闭、仅在 Codex 中或始终显示；默认关闭，自动识别当前仅适配 Codex。

Right-click the macOS desktop, choose Edit Widgets, and search for TokenBell. Small, medium, and large sizes are available. Edit each widget to choose a tool, or set the default in Settings → Widgets. Content uses the latest local summary; macOS schedules updates, so refresh is not guaranteed to be real time. Settings → Display offers Off, Codex-only, or Always for the floating panel. It defaults to Off, and automatic app matching currently supports Codex.

1. 确认无限蹬蹬设置中的通知开关已启用。
2. 在“系统设置 → 通知 → 无限蹬蹬”中允许通知。
3. 确认对应阈值、重置或消耗速度提醒已开启。
4. 检查应用是否仍有 .codex 读取权限。

打开“设置 → 显示”。Pro 用户可以选择菜单栏显示方式、自行车样式、显示开关和强调色；在低电量模式或“减少动态效果”开启时，系统可能减少动画。

Open Settings → Display. Pro users can choose the menu bar format, bicycle style, visibility, and accent color. macOS may reduce animation in Low Power Mode or when Reduce Motion is enabled.

阶段路线按当前周期的 0、100K、1M、10M、100M、1B Tokens 阈值展示进度，不代表额度、排名或账单。打开主面板的分享入口，在成绩单编辑器中关闭“显示蹬行阶段”即可隐藏；统计数据不会删除。

Ride stages use thresholds of 0, 100K, 1M, 10M, 100M, and 1B tokens for the current cycle. They are not quota, rankings, or billing. Open sharing from the dashboard and disable the ride-stage option in the report-card editor. No statistics are deleted.

月付、年付和终身版解锁相同的当前 Pro 功能。月付和年付会自动续订，符合资格的新用户可获得 7 天免费试用；终身版是一次性购买。价格、币种和试用资格以 App Store 购买页面为准。

Monthly, annual, and lifetime plans unlock the same current Pro features. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically, while lifetime access is a one-time purchase. Eligible new users may receive a 7-day trial. Prices, currencies, and trial eligibility are shown by the App Store.

1. 确认 Mac 登录的是购买时使用的 Apple 账户。
2. 打开购买页面，选择“恢复购买”，并保持网络连接。
3. 如果仍未解锁，请将应用版本、macOS 版本和错误提示发送给支持邮箱。请勿发送密码或付款资料。

1. Make sure your Mac is signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase.
2. Open the purchase screen, choose Restore Purchases and stay connected to the internet.
3. If Pro remains locked, contact support with the app version, macOS version and error message. Do not send passwords or payment details.

你可以从 无限蹬蹬 的 Pro 状态入口打开 Apple 的订阅管理，也可以前往“系统设置 → Apple 账户 → 媒体与购买项目 → 订阅”。取消后，Pro 通常会持续到当前计费周期结束。

Open Apple's subscription management from the Pro status entry, or go to System Settings → Apple Account → Media & Purchases → Subscriptions. After cancellation, Pro generally remains active until the end of the current billing period.

所有购买由 Apple 处理。退款申请与结果由 Apple 根据其政策决定；开发者无法直接查看你的完整付款信息或代替 Apple 完成退款。

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests and outcomes are determined by Apple under its policies; the developer cannot see complete payment details or issue an Apple refund directly.
